Frank has been Mayor of Forest Hills for over 10 years. He brings over 26 years of proven public service leadership to the race for Allgeheny County Democratic Committee Chair. In 2025, he was named Mayor of the Year.
The Issues
Frank is running to prioritize kitchen-table issues. He aims to work on increasing turnout, economic opportunity, and encouraging collaboration and service.
